It's always hard to know where to start...
What I love best about music are remixes and covers. I love to hear a song I know sung differently, in a different style or gender, maybe with a completely new beat or acoustic. I'm sure you'll all agree; two versions is better than one. That way we can have favourites.
I'm pretty sure there are a million remixes and covers on my MP3, so it's hard to know which one is best to share with the world. SO, I'll share two.
First is Paramore's acoustic cover of 'My Hero' by the Foo Fighters. It was a tune when Grohl scremed it down a mic, it's an absolute tune coming out of Williams. Paramore are possibly my new favourite rock-group right now. I think it helps that I fancy her, mind. Although not in the picture in the video....She looks fat there....Trust me, she's hot normally.
Second up is a remix I just can't stop playing. And now the King has gone to join the other King in the alien mothership it seems wonderfully topical. How clever am I?! It's Herve's 'Cheap Thrills', and I've gone for the Club mix - check out the Vocal Mix if you fancy some average lyrics on top... Enjoy
