Work Work Work

So I decided it was a good idea to get a job temping in a hotel - two 11.5 hour shifts in two days later and I wonder what I was thinking. Still, some money would be nice to pay some bills!

Anywho, I've just finished the 2nd of my grueling shifts so it's time to hit up some moooozak before I hit the hay. Continuing from the last blog, lets talk acoustic! We all know what happened to Lady Gaga on Jonathan Woss a while back, and I was ready to throw her in the scrapheap alongside all the other pop dross until Jo Whiley may have saved her career (at least on our island). Check out this video of her in the Live Lounge singing a truley different version of Poker Face - she performed this at Glasto as well.



Whilst I'm redeeming a Lady, let me introduce you to a Master: Master Shortie. This lad has some seriously good lyrics (despite what La Roux said about RnB Lyrics t'other day on Radio 1!) and some awesome beats. There's a million versions of this song which can be found with ease, but this has to be my favourite:
